Angle Adjuster PRO

This set allows the original "Simon Herde" sharpening system to be used with the extended angle range of the PRO angle adjuster. The angle adjustment range is approximately 0-30°.

The included quick-adjustment gauge enables fast setting of 10°, 15°, 17.5°, 20°, and 25° sharpening angles. A self-adhesive magnet is included for storing the gauge, which can be attached to the column of older systems. This allows both the gauge and the small blade adapter to be stored magnetically right on the column.

The new angle adjustment can simply be installed in place of the old one. No modifications are required. Just as before, the adjustment is made using the knurled screw.

The angle adjustment is also compatible with the CORE system. However, due to the lower height of the CORE, the maximum blade length is significantly restricted when using this angle adjustment.
